About Us


The ACOC is an association of human resources management professionals with headquarters in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

It is composed of consultants and salaried practitioners specializing primarily in the two fields of job evaluation and classification, and organization design and analysis.

Members provide a range of services including the analysis and design of organizations, the design and classification of jobs, and related documentation, presentations, desk audits, classification audits, and dispute resolution processes. Members may also provide operational staffing services and services in other human resource management fields.

Although the primary focus of most members are federal government organizations, members of the ACOC have and continue to serve Provincial and Municipal government agencies, non-governmental organizations, private industry, and international organizations.
